We're Hiring a Digital Producer
Artwrld seeks a driven and organized Digital Producer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Digital Producer will help shepherd Artwrld’s projects from the point of production to their final presentation on artwrld.com. They will coordinate with multiple internal teams and outside artists, partners, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of project launches / NFT drops.
Primary Responsibilities
Art Production Management:
–Based on the production needs of a particular project, scope and source production resources, such as designers, 3-D animators, and technical specialists
–Draft and negotiate artist and technologist contracts involved in artwork production
–Usher the project through the production process, including prototyping, review sessions, iteration and final production
–Function as primary point of contact for artists and external production teams, including designers, 3-D animators, technologists, etc.
–Advise on production budgets and timelines to ensure projects run on time and on budget
–Provide quality assurance for collections, addressing or reporting issues as needed
–Receive and archive final artwork files (MP4, ProRes, etc.)
–Establish and update Slack channel for each project, including regular updates regarding production progress and project milestone tracking
Web3 Management:
–Working collaboratively with the Artistic Director, Director of Technology and artist, strategize the digital production and Web3 aspects of Artwrld’s artist projects
–Coordinate with Artwrld’s web design team and Web3 developers to ready the artwork for minting
–Coordinate the generation and finalization of metadata for each collection
–Interface with smart contracts and secondary sales platforms such as OpenSea, as needed
General Administration:
–Assist Director of Marketing with the preparation of collection assets needed for website and social media
–Liaise with and onboard nonprofit partners for each project
–Schedule and coordinate various internal and external meetings
Key Qualifications:
–At least three years of project management or other relevant experience at an arts organization or tech company
–General familiarity with contemporary art and working with artists
–Familiarity with digital product development and website management
–Extremely organized and detail-oriented
–Able to adapt quickly, problem solve, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
–A systems thinker who is able to design and implement tools and practices that improve workflow, efficiency, and communication
–Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
–Adept at working both independently and collaboratively
Salary commensurate with experience. This is a part-time position. Artwrld is a fully remote office with occasional in-person team meetings.
