Culture Slop presents Of This Marvellous Void at Fluffy McCloud's ice cream shop on Sunset Blvd, where seven artists from the magazine's first season (Mario Ayala, Amelia Lockwood, Matt McCormick, Mia Scarpa, Carley Gmitro, ProblemChild Advisory and Mieke Marple) each make an artwork in the form of an ice cream flavor. Curated by Andrew McClintock and riffing on Yves Klein's 1958 show The Void, each container is a tiny exhibition that visitors empty by eating, leaving a case of absences. A reception from 4 to 7 PM is followed by performances from 7 to 9 PM organized by George Chen.
