ABC is a series of twenty-six colored-pencil drawings by Henni Alftan, each organized around a letter of the Roman alphabet and depicting small everyday objects isolated against monochromatic grounds. Through scale, grouping, and alliteration, the works examine pictorial space, classification, and the relationship between image and language, inviting associative and open-ended readings.
