Admissions is a solo exhibition by Jacob Jackmauh that explores the social and material effects of consumer manufacturing. Through found objects and replicated fixtures, Jackmauh examines everyday items like disposable goods and public design. The exhibition features works like an LED graphic from MTA trains and a fragment of a factory mold for a fiberglass elephant, highlighting objects in various stages of transformation, revealing hidden patterns, stories, and human desires embedded in common materials.
