Afterlight is the first United States exhibition by Shanghai-based artist Gao Yutao, curated by Leo Yuan. The exhibition includes over thirty prints and video works. Gao’s scanner-based light painting photography examines physical matter as it shifts into ephemeral energy through light, motion, and digital processes.
