Alfredo Jaar’s *A Logo for America* revisits his landmark 1987 Times Square intervention challenging the use of “America” as a synonym for the United States. Nearly forty years later, the exhibition examines the work’s origins and enduring relevance, questioning national identity, language, and the erasure of the many countries and cultures that make up the Americas.
