CHART presents “Alloy,” our second solo exhibition with Brooklyn-based artist Sam Branden, presented offsite in collaboration with Pegasus at Love’s Club. Branden continues his exploration of material tension, urban texture, and structural hybridity through seven new constructions. “Alloy” investigates the potential of mixing—between industrial and elastic, rigid and malleable, found and fabricated. His works operate as alloys of the urban landscape, forging new structures from the collisions of texture, function, and meaning. The exhibition situates these hybrid constructions as both material experiments and metaphors for the layered conditions of contemporary life.
