Tyler Ormsby: Balloon presents paintings and light sculptures inspired by witnessing hot air balloons over the Nevada desert. Soft, hovering figures drift between lift and stillness in muted yellows, greens, and grays. Layered surfaces create shifts between airiness and weight, while light sculptures of stone, copper, and gourds balance glow and gravity, turning simple materials into quietly elevated forms.
