Boomerang, a solo exhibition by Jairo Sosa, presents ceramics shaped by memory, repetition, and transformation. Through processes of slip-casting and press molding, Sosa abstracts familiar street objects into sculptural forms that embody endurance and vulnerability. Each piece carries the imprint of its making, exploring cycles of return, resistance, and adaptation. The works reflect on how personal and collective histories persist through material, gesture, and the passage of time.
