Lisson Gallery presents its first exhibition with Carolee Schneemann, marking her solo debut in Los Angeles. Centered on Video Rocks (1987), the show features an immersive installation of 180 sculptural discs and five video monitors inspired by a dream. Also on view are expressive preparatory drawings, a large horizontal painting, suspended light rods, and works from her Lebanon Series, including The Dust Paintings, which explore violence, memory, and materiality through layered, multimedia surfaces.
