This exhibition presents ceramic works by Hitoshi Morimoto rooted in the Bizen yakishime tradition. Unglazed, high-fired forms are arranged as spatial compositions that emphasize edge, texture, proportion, and the effects of wood firing. Rounded and architectural elements evoke landscape and rhythm, while kiln unpredictability remains integral to the work’s final form.
