Crazy Space Returns marks the reactivation of Crazy Space at the 18th Street Arts Center, returning the project to its original site after a long hiatus. Conceived as an experimental platform from 2000 to 2005, Crazy Space supported short-term installations, durational works, and performance-driven environments. The exhibition brings together work by former participants alongside new contributors, with archival materials presented in the Project Room, reflecting the project’s history as a site for risk, experimentation, and provisional artistic practice.
