Printed Matter presents David King Publications 1977–2019, the first New York survey of the English artist’s prolific print work. Spanning zines, paste-ups, and DIY books, the show tracks King’s graphic design from the no wave and punk scenes to later self-publishing. Known for the Crass symbol, King’s work moved fluidly across mediums and decades, drawing on underground culture, anarcho politics, and personal archives to produce a dynamic, genre-defying body of work.
