Down a Hole Darkly brings together Jillian McDonald and Heather Merckle in an exhibition of tunnels, passages, and portals as sites of transition. Across drawing, sculpture, installation, and video, the artists chart routes from underground to outer space. Sinkholes, crater-like forms, animal clay figures, an apocalyptic video, and a shared glow-in-the-dark drawing create a journey between darkness, discovery, and imaginative escape.
