RAINRAIN presents During an Eternity, Jameson Magrogan’s first solo exhibition. He sculpts paint into the canvas, creating ridges, perforated textures, and stratified surfaces that shift between opacity and translucence. Through layered, durational processes, forms emerge, dissolve, and reconfigure, producing a disorienting interplay of figure and ground. The works challenge perception, revealing a paradoxical logic where surface, depth, and time constantly fluctuate.
