This third solo show with the gallery presents large-scale atmospheric oil paintings on linen, where mountains, clouds, and atmosphere dissolve into one another. Using carved sponges, foam rollers, metal blades, and paint-loaded fleece stretched over shaped plywood, the artist builds dreamlike cloudscapes he describes as almost animated characters that first arrived to him in a dream.
