Pippy Houldsworth Gallery presents Floating Through Time, Masao Nakahara’s first solo with the gallery. Over four decades Nakahara merges memory, myth, and fleeting moments into paintings and sculptures of ageless figures in dreamlike landscapes. Drawing on Japanese and German influences, his work meditates on impermanence, cherry-blossom symbolism, and the tender interplay of childhood recollection and present-day memory.
