HackelBury presents A Tragedy of Infinite Beauty, a solo exhibition by Doug & Mike Starn. Featuring new works from their Under the Sky and Everything Is Liquid series, the show reflects on impermanence, perception, and the forces shaping existence. Using layered processes of photography, pigment, wax, and varnish, the Starns dissolve images into painterly, sculptural forms. Clouds, skies, and shifting landscapes become meditations on fragility, transformation, and the tragic indifference of nature.
