Heron Arts presents RECLAMATION, a duo exhibition by Augustine Kofie and Erik Otto, on view August 23–September 18, 2025. Both artists respond to personal upheaval—Kofie rebuilding after the Eaton Canyon Fires, and Otto confronting grief and physical trauma. Kofie returns to his collage roots using salvaged materials, while Otto embraces improvisation and layered abstraction. Together, they affirm the restorative power of art through reinvention and persistence.
