This exhibition presents fourteen panels from Keith Haring’s FDR Drive mural, originally created on site in 1984 along New York’s East River. Painted directly onto existing sheet metal panels, the work extended hundreds of feet as a public, roadside frieze. The panels retain Haring’s animated figures, graphic symbols, and energetic line, reflecting his commitment to accessibility, movement, and collective experience in urban space.
