Michael Werner Gallery, Beverly Hills presents Francis Picabia: Femmes, an exhibition tracing three decades of Picabia’s career through his recurring focus on the female form. Spanning the 1920s to the 1950s, the show features his diverse explorations, from the chaotic “Monster” series to ethereal “Transparencies” and proto-Pop portraits. Picabia’s evolving style and constant reinvention challenge conventional narratives of modern art. The exhibition opens May 22 and runs through the summer.
