Nicelle Beauchene Gallery presents Ann Toebbe’s Field and Stream of Consciousness, her first with the gallery. Through seven works, Toebbe depicts her Chicago home and a rural Indiana farm from childhood memories, using oil, gouache, and collage. Her dreamlike interiors and landscapes reflect the passage of time, cycles of life, and evolving relationships with places, revealing intimacy, isolation, and persistence in both domestic and rural environments.
