Flow States – LA TRIENAL 2024 is El Museo del Barrio’s second large-scale survey of Latinx contemporary art, featuring 33 artists from the U.S., Puerto Rico, and new global geographies such as the Americas, Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Organized by Rodrigo Moura, Susanna V. Temkin, and María Elena Ortiz, it explores diasporic flows, cultural exchanges, and hybrid identities. Building on 2020’s ESTAMOS BIEN, it emphasizes transformation, memory, and belonging, with a bilingual publication.
