Forty Years of This… reflects on four decades of Franklin Parrasch, founded in Washington, D.C., and later relocated to New York. Emerging from an improvised hotel-gallery space, the program evolved to foreground studio furniture, contemporary craft, and the migration of decorative traditions into studio art. Across its history, the gallery has examined creativity, material skill, and cultural exchange through an evolving curatorial framework.
