Marking the 250th anniversary of the United States, Fractured Foundations asks 26 ceramic artists, including Roberto Lugo, Cathy Lu, Kukuli Velarde and Patti Warashina, to revisit a moment in American history. Their clay works address resilience, injustice and triumph and the lasting effects of public policy, challenging familiar national narratives.
