
Humanity, mathematics, and the connecting forces between humans, animals, and nature converge in Gabriel Rico's exhibition Gabrielinos (I Am You And What I See Is Me). Grounded in traditional Mexican artistry from his native Jalisco, the works include Rico's first wool tapestry, a glass blown mural, and sculptural assemblages incorporating Niérika—a Wixárika technique of arranging wool yarn thread by thread on beeswax-covered wood.
