GHOST and BEADS is a solo exhibition by Corliss Cavalieri featuring four large scale abstract paintings, two drawings, and one watercolor. Cavalieri works with layered oil paint, using a sgraffito process to incise into wet surfaces. This method exposes underlying color and structure, emphasizing texture, rhythm, and the physical process of mark making.
