Jane Benson’s *her her* reimagines Mary Shelley’s *Frankenstein* through monumental text-based drawings exploring womanhood, rage, isolation, and voice. Benson fragments Shelley’s manuscript by isolating words, letterforms, and musical syllables, transforming prose into image and sound. Through these interventions, she connects Shelley’s writing to feminism, patriarchy, technology, and environmental concerns.
