Heft Gallery presents Hypertopographics, a collaboration between Edward Burtynsky and Alkan Avcıoğlu. Expanding on the New Topographics movement, the project interrogates vast industrial and technological systems shaping today’s landscapes. Through photography and AI, it reflects on humanity’s struggle to grasp the scale of its own creations, offering a critical vision of excess, interconnectedness, and hyperreality.
