Following All Street Gallery’s Seeing What Isn’t There, the upcoming show marks the second exhibition in a curatorial series that materializes visual ambiguity. Using painting, assemblage, found objects and mementos, textiles, and photography, the exhibiting artists illustrate memories, bodily sensations, and their lasting impressions. The work dives into the dissolution of the representational form of the figure, highlighting impressions of ambiguity between the body and its environment in dissociative, sublime, and nostalgic ways.
