In Currents at Thomas VanDyke Gallery presents works by 11 Taiwanese artists across the US and Taiwan, reflecting on identity, migration, and cultural belonging. As part of the larger Taiwan on the Moon project, the exhibition questions what it means to be Taiwanese amid political ambiguity. Through video, installation, textiles, performance, and more, the show invites reflection on personal and collective experience, asking how identity is shaped, carried, and continually reimagined.
