Lu Yim’s 금마타리 (Infinite Love) at A.I.R. Gallery uses light, sound, and performance to reflect on the militarized Korean Demilitarized Zone. Imagining the unseen lives of wildlife in the area, Yim contrasts the region's violent history with speculative kinship. Disembodied voices, hacked military loudspeakers, and somatic choreography explore sound as both weapon and portal, transforming the gallery into a site of metaphysical reflection and embodied resistance.
