Jordan Wolfson’s exhibition presents new sculptures incorporating uniformly scaled, emblematic color and black-and-white photographs drawn from online, personal, and academic archives. Bringing together references to art history, popular culture, and the artist’s own visual preoccupations, the works explore how found imagery acquires new meanings through processes of selection, juxtaposition, and material translation.
