Two bodies of work by the designer merge digital fabrication, sculpture, and living systems. The Ply Loop series pushes plywood into complex geometries using a biodegradable resin, while a set of benches, 3D-printed from carbon-storing concrete, host growing moss and lichen arranged in patterns drawn from reaction-diffusion theory.
