THE BODY DOES NOT EXPLAIN ITSELF

This group exhibition brings together works by Ángeles Agrela, June Canedo de Souza, Æmen Ededéen, Stanley Edmondson, Liang Fu, Larry Madrigal, Marta Mattioli, Teresa Murta, Daniel Pitín, and Nicola Samorì. The artists consider the body as a site for introspection, examining how physical form mediates perception, movement, and lived experience. Across varied approaches, the works attend to tensions between the visible and the felt, and the ways bodies are understood, inhabited, and sensed.
