*And Yet Again* presents new paintings and works on paper by Katia Santibañez that extend her longstanding investigation of structure, repetition, and the grid. Each composition develops from a precisely constructed geometric matrix containing repeated spiral or pinwheel motifs inspired by organic forms such as shells, growth rings, flowers, and tendrils. Through subtle shifts in color, sequencing, and pattern, Santibañez introduces variation within an ordered system. Her methodical process foregrounds the tension between repetition and difference, stability and disruption, reflecting on cycles of time, nature, and the complex relationship between order and disorder.
