Kent Young's Let's Party, on view June 13-July 11, 2026 at council_st in Historic Filipinotown, Los Angeles, is 'a survey of sorts' by the CalArts-trained artist and founder of the space. Some works are collaborative, and the roots of others were established in the last century; juxtaposing various lines of inquiry, the show treats complexity as a generative force, gathering abstract paintings, delicate drawings, and geometric relief constructions.
