Like a Horde of Living Beings, We Gradually Covered the Earth is Amy Bravo’s second solo exhibition with Swivel Gallery. The exhibition presents two floor sculptures and six large-scale wall works developed through accumulation of materials, imagery, and narrative. Bravo’s work considers survival and collectivity, emphasizing shared labor, bodily systems, and the persistence of life within inhospitable conditions through dense, layered constructions.
