Edra Soto: los ojos del viento (the eyes of the wind) is the Puerto Rican artist's second solo exhibition at Luis De Jesus Los Angeles. The works center on Puerto Rican residential architecture, particularly wrought iron rejas, as motifs carrying histories of migration and resistance. New and reconfigured pieces transform these architectural references into explorations of cultural memory, counter-histories, and community.
