Nunu Fine Art New York presents Mapping Snail, En-Man Chang’s first solo exhibition with the gallery. Focusing on Taiwan’s Indigenous communities, Chang uses video and embroidery to explore cultural resilience amid modernization and colonial legacies. The Giant African Snail becomes a metaphor for displacement, migration, and history. Through craft, performance, and ecological references, Chang creates a visual language reflecting memory, identity, and Indigenous worldviews in contemporary art.
