Material Remembrance brings together fiber works by Cameron Taylor-Brown and Aneesa Shami Zizzo, both of whom transform textile materials into abstracted imagery rooted in personal memory and historic place. Taylor-Brown's weavings explore landscape, reflection, and the history of cloth. Zizzo's fabric collages intertwine Islamic folklore, Lebanese landscapes, and her identity as a second-generation Arab-American. Together, the works affirm storytelling as an act of craft and remembrance.
