Nairy Baghramian presents recent works first shown at WIELS in Belgium, now on view in the United States for the first time. Examining the forces behind the displacement and precarity of sculpture in times of crisis, she creates liminal spaces between erasure and emergence, drawing on avant-garde artists exiled by fascist and autocratic regimes in 1930s Europe.
