KAPOW presents Naoto Nakagawa’s first solo exhibition since 2011, highlighting his concept of the "conceptual real." His works merge precise realism with metaphor, drawing from contemporary events, literature, and history. Nakagawa explores dual realms of existence, reflecting on global crises, cosmic perspectives, and the interplay of life and death. Influenced by Blake and Bosch, his art contemplates heaven, hell, and human resilience, offering hope amid uncertainty.
