Stephen Friedman Gallery is pleased to present Over Again, Ana Cláudia Almeida's first solo exhibition in New York. This brings together a site-specific installation, new fabric works and large-scale paintings.
Through her multifaceted practice, Almeida seeks to resist and disrupt the hegemonic imposition of social systems of religion, gender and sexuality, over both the human body and nature.
