Overexposed: Art, Technology, and the Body examines how film and X-ray technologies transformed the way the body is seen and understood. Bringing together historical footage and contemporary works made between 1891 and 2025 by sixteen artists, the exhibition considers the scientific, medical, and political implications of imaging the body’s interior. Through film, archives, and artistic inquiry, the works question objectivity, perception, and the impact of visual technologies on care and knowledge.
