Regift revisits the influential 2009 exhibition to celebrate Swiss Institute’s 40th anniversary. Bringing together more than 50 artists, the exhibition explores gift giving as a social, cultural, and economic exchange that resists conventional ideas of value. Expanding beyond Western traditions, it considers rituals of generosity, reciprocity, ancestry, and collective care across cultures and generations.
