Hollis Taggart presents Dorothy Hood: Remember Something Out of Time, a solo exhibition of the American Modernist's work from the 1960s to the 1990s. Hood, influenced by her time in Mexico and her exposure to avant-garde circles, combined Abstract Expressionism and surrealism in large-scale, colorful paintings. The show also features her space-age-inspired drawings and collages, including works influenced by her connections with NASA, reflecting her exploration of the void and multidimensionality.
