REVERSE IT brings together Gallatin MA artists who look back—through names, family ties, language, nature, and music—as a way to imagine plausible futures. Working across textiles, video, photography, sound, and poetry, the works reckon with what and who was lost in the process of growing up. The exhibition sits as a suspension bridge between childhood and adulthood, holding the tension between the two not as a problem to solve, but as what keeps the bridge standing.
Featuring works by Nate Aldredge, Michael Brown, Nery Roseann Collado, Lindsey Dahms-Nolan, Sophia Eller, Jazmin Harvey, Arielle W. Kan, Osvalda Kremidha, Hope Lee, Bria Nachele, and Isaac Trochopoulos.
