Friedman Benda presents Salut, Ça va, c’est moi, Carmen D’Apollonio’s fourth solo exhibition with the gallery and her most expansive to date. Engaging new materials, she creates a theatrical installation of sculptural lamps that interact playfully with the space. Expressive glass shades introduce light as narrative. Through wit and vulnerability, her personified figures and evocative titles invite emotional connection and provoke reflection on the human condition.
