Dernier Cri announces Second Nature, the gallery's second exhibition. This show brings together new work by artists and designers who arrived at their practice after first pursuing careers in other fields-from owning an independent record shop and working at Apple in the early days of iTunes to careers in e-commerce merchandising, fashion photography, executive search, and public relations. Though their paths to the studio were unconventional, their work emerged not as a departure but as a natural evolution.
